this has been my POV for the last couple of years.  forcing myself to the waters edge whether in Vancouver or @tiny marsh... forcing myself to be still, quiet, purposefully aloof.

hours can pass in these situations and nothing seemingly gets accomplished ie. planning the day, organizing meetings, mulling over personal challenges, family etc.

The life bent for destruction is not just destruction of self but others too.  Its a bitter place that leads to death, plain and simple.
